Heatherdale Files 2014 Year End Materials

January 16, 2015, Vancouver, BC -- Heatherdale Resources Ltd. ("Heatherdale" or the "Company") (TSXV:HTR) announces that it has filed its Year End Financial Statements and Management Discussion and Analysis ("MD&A") for fiscal 2014 at www.sedar.com. The Company also reports that it has granted 1 million options at C$0.07 per share to management. Additional details are provided in the Company's MD&A.

Further to the Company's December 24, 2014 news release, Heatherdale announces that it will be issuing 50,958 common shares in payment of interest on a convertible debenture.
